Taylor Nelson Sofres plc (TNS), a world leader in market information, announces
the acquisition of UK media information provider PressWatch Media Limited

TNS Media Intelligence operates in 23 countries around the world and this
acquisition will build on the UK division's existing national and international
media tracking and evaluation services.

PressWatch is well known as a high quality information service provider and
independent reputation analyst in the UK. Since its launch in 1996, the company
has built an excellent reputation within the industry, servicing hundreds of
clients ranging from blue chip to owner-managed businesses. Its activities
include media tracking, bespoke media analysis, press cutting, company rankings
and sector analysis. It employs 42 people and revenue for the year ended 31
March 2006 was £2.4 million. Gross assets at that date were £1.5 million.
