Proposed Placing

Digital Learning Marketplace plc (DLM) is announcing to its shareholders that it is carrying out a Placing to raise cash from Institutions, certified high net worth individuals, sophisticated investors and other approved investors through its brokers, Rivington Street Corporate Finance, at 0.20p per ordinary share. DLM is an EIS qualified investment subject to the terms of HMRC Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) further details of which can be found at:

The Company intends to complete the placing by 5pm Friday 30March 2012 to ensure completion by the end of this tax year.
