                              OASIS HEALTHCARE PLC

ESTATE TO 23 PRACTICES AND 91 SURGERIES

Oasis Healthcare Plc ('Oasis' or the 'Company'), the AIM-listed UK dental care
operator, announces the acquisition of the Ian Wintripp & Associates practices
at Bishop Auckland, Shildon and Chester-le-Street (all Durham) for a total
consideration of £480,000 inclusive of expenses. Of this amount, £403,000 is
payable immediately, with up to a further £77,000 being payable over a period
of two years subject to performance. These acquisitions increase the Company's
estate of dental practices from 20 to 23 and the number of surgeries from 80
to 91.

The increased practice estate has an annualised revenue of approximately £9.3
million which the Company expects will continue to increase rapidly as further
acquisitions are completed in the coming months. This high level of
acquisition activity follows a successful Placing and Public Offer in July
through which Oasis raised £5.3 million net and at the same time secured a
matching debt facility.

Ron Trenter, Chairman, said :

'Since the Company floated on AIM at the end of July, we have grown our estate
of dental practices from 15 to 23 and the number of surgeries from 57 to 91.
At the same time, our annualised turnover has increased from £6.5 million to
approximately £9.3 million. These latest acquisitions of established, high
quality dental practices reflect our long term strategy of building a national
estate of over 100 Oasis-branded dental care outlets. Given the highly
fragmented nature of the £3 billion UK dentistry market, there are excellent
opportunities for consolidation which Oasis is well-placed to exploit.'
