World Television, the international visual communications company, today
announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Stuart Smith, has resigned to pursue
a career elsewhere. Stuart will remain with the Group for a period of one month
to ensure a smooth transition.

Evelyn Ai Siang Kimber FCA, aged 55, will replace Stuart as Chief Financial
Officer and join the Board of World Television on 4 October. Evelyn has most
recently worked for Yes Television plc where she has held the positions of
Director of Finance and Company Secretary. Before joining Yes, Evelyn worked for
Bell Cablemedia plc and Jones Cable Group. Evelyn has over 15 years experience
working in the television industry and was involved in the US and UK based
investment in the cable sector. She was also involved in the winning of and
acquisition of a number of cable TV franchises. This led to the first successful
flotation of a UK cable company on Nasdaq in 1994.

Steve Garvey, Chief Executive Officer of World Television commented:

Television and I wish him every success with his future career. He has played a
vital role in guiding us through the successful merger and integration of World
Television and Virtue.

sector and she joins us at an exciting period in World Television's development.
We worked together for five years from 1998 and I look forward to working with

In respect of the appointment of Ms Kimber the following information is required
