                                 Asite Update

PremiSys Technologies plc announces that Asite Limited ('Asite') has agreed in
principle to provide Bidcom Limited's ('Bidcom') collaboration tool,
ProjectNet, as part of Asite's Internet based solutions for the UK
construction industry.

ProjectNet, one of the most widely used project collaboration tools in the
world, is built by Citadon Inc ('Citadon') and has a proven track record in
providing the construction industry with the highest level of reliability,
security and data integrity. Its comprehensive suite of services which enables
collaboration and document and process management between the entire project
team aptly compliments Asite's current toolkit.

Alastair Mellon, managing director of Asite, said today: 'Our clients benefit
from the Asite toolkit because they have a range of tools and services at
their fingertips, including procurement, tendering and collaboration, which
links all elements of a project's lifecycle together.

With ProjectNet on board, it adds a tried and tested, comprehensive and
well-priced option that we know is of great interest to our clients and their
supply chains'.

Tom Dengenis, chief executive and president of Bidcom UK, said: 'Our
management team shares Asite's vision of using technology as a catalyst for
industry change, and we wholeheartedly support its business model that
provides a central information and transaction hub for the industry.

The alignment of our services alongside Asite's key procurement and tendering
tools creates an exciting commercial opportunity for us and a convincing way
to drive change through the industry, providing benefits to every part of the
construction supply chain, not just clients.'

Asite is the principal subsidiary of PremiSys Technologies plc, and has
already achieved approximately £3 million of contracted revenues since its
official launch in June. Over 200 organisations are currently utilising the
Asite toolkit. Shareholders include Stanhope, BAA, Legal & General, Morley
Fund Management, MEPC, British Land, Land Securities and Grosvenor.

Bidcom was founded in 2000 in the UK as a joint venture between US-based
technology company Citadon and the UK construction firms Carillion, Wates
Group and EC Harris in conjunction with KPMG. Citadon's services are used in
over 30 countries.
