Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD, the Company), a biotechnology company developing targeted clinical diagnostic tests for immune health using its EpiSwitch® 3D genomics technology, announces that both resolutions proposed at the Company's General Meeting, held earlier today, were duly passed. Holders of 63,233,927 shares (representing 63% of the issued share capital of the Company) submitted proxy votes. Over 99% of the votes cast were in favour of each of the resolutions. Accordingly, warrants to subscribe for 7,791,803 new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 58.125 pence per new Ordinary Share have been issued to Armistice Capital Master Fund Limited.
