SThree, the international specialist staffing business, announces that Clay Brendish, Chairman of the Company, purchased 12,800 ordinary shares in the Company on 9 September 2011 at a price of 231.5643p per share.  The shares will be held in the nominee account BNY OCS Nominees Ltd, a/c: 435261.
