The investment objective of HSBC MSCI WORLD UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to track as closely as possible the returns of the MSCI World Index, (the "Index"), which is made up of large and mid-cap companies of the world's developed countries, as determined by the Index Provider.

 

The investment objective of HSBC EURO STOXX 50 UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to track as closely as possible the returns of the EURO STOXX 50 Index, (the "Index"), which is made up of the 50 largest stock market listed companies (as measured by the market value of their shares) in the European Monetary Union.

 

The investment objective of HSBC EMERGING MARKET SUSTAINABLE EQUITY UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to track as closely as possible the FTSE Emerging ESG Low Carbon Select Index, (the "Index"), which is a subset of the FTSE Emerging Index (the "Parent Index") and made up of companies of emerging market countries, as defined by the Index Provider.

 

The investment objective of HSBC MSCI EMERGING MARKETS UCITS ETF (the "Sub-Fund") is to track as closely as possible the returns of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, (the "Index"), which is made up of large and mid-cap companies of emerging market countries, as determined by the Index Provider.

 

The aim is to minimise as far as possible the tracking error between the Sub-Fund's performance and that of the Index.

 

The admission of the New Share Classes to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will become effective, and dealings will commence today 29 June 2022 .

 

Unless otherwise defined herein, all capitalised terms shall bear the same meaning as capitalised terms used in the prospectus of the Company dated 26 May 2022 (the "Prospectus").

 

Copies of the Sub-Fund's supplement have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.etf.hsbc.com .
