Nature of the transaction

In each case, on 8 June 2022 the Executive Directors were granted nil cost options over ordinary shares of 10 pence (the "Options") under the Big Yellow Deferred Bonus Share Plan 2018.
The Options are exercisable from 8 June 2025 to 8 June 2032, subject to continuous employment with the Company.
Each of the messrs Vetch, Gibson, Lee and Trotman were granted the following Options:
1. Mr Vetch: 34,442
2. Mr Gibson: 40,412
3. Mr Lee: 26,176
4. Mr Trotman: 29,850
