Directorate Appointment

West  End Ventures Plc (the "Company") which was admitted to trading on the PLUS
Market  last September, announces the appointment of David Pacy as non-executive
director.

David Pacy's career from the beginning has been centred around the media sector,
firstly  with 3M in sales and marketing and by the late 1970s a move into  audio
visual  when he founded MetroVideo Group, a supplier of video services. In  1986
MetroVideo became a wholly owned subsidiary of WPP Group plc and grew to  become
the UK's leading supplier of broadcast and AV equipment and services.

In  1996, Mr. Pacy established Clockwork Capital Limited as a joint venture with
WPP  Group  plc.   Clockwork Capital Limited provides  financial  and  ancillary
services   for   broadcast  television,  marketing  services   and   blue   chip
organisations.

Mr.  Pacy  was  a  founding  director  of  DigiReels,  one  of  Britain's  first
commercially available video-on-demand service, a joint venture between WPP  and
Cable  &  Wireless, which became a wholly owned subsidiary of WPP prior  to  its
sale  in  2003.   He subsequently became a founding Director of ChilliBean,  the
digital  asset  management  company hosting SoHo.tv, a  recent  web  application
created specifically for the transmission of internet based video.

Further  extending his reach in the film and video industry, in  1999  Mr.  Pacy
founded  The  Stockroom  Archive Management Limited, which  specializes  in  the
storage  and  retrieval  of  film  and  video  material  for  clients  including
advertising agencies, production companies and corporate companies.

In  addition to his business interests David is a Director and Trustee of Vision
Charity,  the  broadcast  industry  charity  for  blind  and  visually  impaired
children.

connections  and  business  interests will be of great  value  to  the  enlarged
company following the proposed acquisition of M2 Limited.

"We  invited  David  to  join  the  board of West  End  Ventures  prior  to  the
transaction  as a demonstration of his intention to be an active contributor  to
the future of the Company."

David Pacy holds 37,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

David  Pacy  was  a  director of Soho Bangkok Limited and resigned  four  months
before  the  company was put into compulsory liquidation on 29  June  2000.  The
liquidator  was  appointed on 7 March 2001 since which time there  has  been  no
progress as to the company's liquidation.

PF  Realisations 2003 Limited was placed into members' voluntary liquidation  on
13  June  2003. The company's deficit as regards creditors was in the region  of
£302,000  although  the process has yet to be completed and Mr  Pacy  remains  a
director.

David  John Pacy, aged 65 save as set out above, has nothing further to disclose
under Appendix 1, rule 18 of the PLUS rules for issuers.
