Outotec menestyi Suomen parhaat työpaikat -tutkimuksessa

Outotecin Espoon-toimipaikka sijoittui kolmanneksi Suomen parhaat
työpaikat 2009 -tutkimuksessa suurten yritysten sarjassa. Great Place
to Work -instituutti järjesti tutkimuksen Suomessa seitsemännen
kerran. Tutkimuksen mukaan parhaat työpaikat ovat muita yrityksiä
tuottavampia, työntekijöiden vaihtuvuus on pientä ja poissaoloja on

Tutkimus pohjautuu yli 25 vuoden aikana kehitettyyn globaaliin hyvän
työpaikan arviointimenetelmään. Suomen parhaat työpaikat valitaan
pääosin organisaatioiden omien työntekijöiden mielipiteiden
perusteella. Kaksi kolmasosaa pisteytyksestä muodostuu henkilöstölle
tehtävän kyselyn perusteella ja yksi kolmasosa organisaation

Outotec sai palkintojenjakotilaisuudessa myös erikoispalkinnon
kokonaisvaltaisesta ja tuloksellisesta rekrytointikonseptista.
