One Charter's subsidiary company, One Air Taxi Ltd, has been awarded an Air
Operating Certificate under new European Operational Requirements.

One Air Taxi is one of the first companies in the UK to be awarded this new

All Airlines and Private Aircraft Operators by 15th July 2008 should have
applied for and been awarded this new certificate in order to continue
operating commercial flights.

EU Ops (European Union Operations) provides for the harmonisation of the
regulatory frame work for all operators across Europe. All the company's
operations and manuals had to be changed to comply with these new requirements.

One Air Taxi's Chief Executive and Flight Operations Manager, Captain Mike
Giles stated: "The granting of our AOC by the CAA followed by EU OPS, is the
culmination of 15 months dedicated planning. Our number one priority is for the
safety, security and well-being of our passengers. We achieve this with the
selection of highly-trained pilots and operating the Cirrus, one of the world's
most reliable and comfortable single engine aircrafts. Its airframe and engine
technologies are more advanced that those found in many larger commercial
aircraft and allow the passenger a `close up' experience in being able to
follow the flight progress on the large moving map displays."

He continued:" we also look forward to offering a new aviation experience with
the entry into service net year of the Eclipse 500 twin engine Very Light Jet.
It has a range of over 1,000 nautical miles and its capability to cruise at
speeds and heights of larger commercial airliners, combined with its ability to
land at airports which the bigger aircraft can only dream of, give it a
distinct advantage for both the discerning business and leisure traveller of

One Charter plc floated on Plus markets in April 2006. The Company's principal
activities involve the provision of aircraft chartering, aircraft brokerage and
aircraft management services. One Charter has  a Cirrus SR G3 prop aircraft in
2007, and commenced operation of this aircraft this month having used the
aircraft for flight training. Flying at over 200 miles per hour, and seating
three people plus a pilot in a cabin the size of a BMW 5 series, it will be
ideal for short hop taxi flights in the UK. The Company recently established a
Cargo division and has acquired for an Air Operating Certificate making it the
first UK company to operate the Cirrus SR 22 G3 for Public Transportation. This
aircraft has become a standard air taxi vehicle for companies such as SATSair
in the USA who operate a taxi service over 20 Cirrus aircraft and have another
100 on order.
