The following Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:
Supplementary Prospectus dated 10 June 2026 (the Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the €60,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Lloyds Bank plc, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by Lloyds Bank Covered Bonds LLP.
The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the prospectus dated 7 August 2025, and the supplementary prospectuses dated 24 October 2025, 27 February 2026 and 30 April 2026 (together, the Prospectus).
