Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

City of London Investment Group (LSE: CLIG), is an active, alpha-driven global asset management group with more than three decades of experience.   CLIG announces that, following the vesting of awards under the Company's Employee Incentive Plan (EIP) on 26 October 2026, it has been notified of the following sales of Ordinary Shares:

• Deepranjan Agrawal, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), sold 8,740 Ordinary Shares.

• Michael Edmonds, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), sold 21,239 Ordinary Shares.

• Courtney Edmonds, a person closely associated (PCA) with Michael Edmonds and an employee of CLIG, has sold 4,142 Ordinary Shares.

All shares were sold on 29 October 2026 at a price of £4.354378 per Ordinary Share.

Following the transactions, Deepranjan Agrawal, Michael Edmonds and Courtney Edmonds have beneficial interests of 164,309, 124,430 and 34,676 Ordinary Shares respectively.
