ITV plc Interim Dividend


Dividend Reinvestment Plan

On 3 July 2006, following payment of the ITV dividend, Capita Registrars
purchased 69 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Sir George Russell, a
participant in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 107.5p.

Sir George Russell is now interested in 4,214 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares.


Individual Savings Account Reinvestment of Shares

On 3 July 2006 following payment of the ITV dividend, HSBC Nominees Limited
purchased 21 ITV plc ordinary 10p shares on behalf of Charles Allen at a price
of 106.95p.

Charles Allen is now interested in a total of 4,076,017 ITV plc ordinary 10p
shares.
