NEWS RELEASE | 16 October 2026
Grant of FY27 Performance Rights
Greatland Resources Limited (Greatland or Company) (AIM:GGP, ASX:GGP) announces that it has granted FY27 long-term incentive performance rights (FY27 Performance Rights) under the Company’s equity incentive plan to employees, including awards to two Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs).
Greatland's remuneration strategy is focused on ensuring that remuneration outcomes are aligned to the creation of shareholder value. On 9 October 2026, the Company granted a total of 774,272 FY27 Performance Rights to employees, of which 58,768 FY27 Performance Rights were granted to Chief Operating Officer, Nickolas Strong, and 49,059 FY27 Performance Rights were granted to Chief Financial Officer, Monique Connolly. The balance of 666,445 FY27 Performance Rights were granted to employees who are not PDMRs of the Company.
The FY27 Performance Rights were issued under the “Greatland Equity Incentive Plan” (EIP), the key terms of which are described in Attachment A of the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum dated 12 October 2026 (a copy of which is available on the Company’s website: https://www.greatland.com.au/investors/shareholder-meetings/) (Notice of 2026 AGM).
The FY27 Performance Rights entitle the holder, upon vesting and exercise, to receive one ordinary share in the Company for each vested right. The vesting of a right is subject to the satisfaction of service and performance conditions which will be measured over a three-year period from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029, with the assessment being made by Greatland’s Board of Directors at the conclusion of the FY29 financial year. The principal terms of the FY27 Performance Rights, including the performance hurdle vesting conditions, are described in the explanatory notes to Resolution 5 in the Notice of 2026 AGM. Note that the Havieron Project Delivery Condition applies only to the Managing Director, to whom the issue of FY27 Performance Rights is subject to Shareholder approval at Greatland’s 2026 Annual General Meeting. All other recipients of FY27 Performance Rights are subject to the other performance hurdle vesting conditions as detailed in the Notice of 2026 AGM but with the following weightings.
- Relative TSR vs Index 30%
- Relative TSR vs Peer Group 30%
- Resources Growth 20%
