DIPLOMA PLC - DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

Diploma PLC has been notified today that Mr I Henderson, a Director of the Company, has purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 290.0 pence per share.  As a result of this transaction, his beneficial interest in the shares of the Company has increased to 445,031 shares.
