The software company for SMEs provided an update for the market this morning amidst a quiet backdrop. We’ve seen a lot of talk over Bitcoin treasury strategies being deployed in recent weeks and Pri0r1ty Intelligence have this morning announced the launch of an AI-Powered Bitcoin Integration Solution. This allows any company to plug in its ‘Pr1bit’ product, enabling payments to be accepted in Bitcoin and also to support the business holding Bitcoin in treasury. Whether this has long term traction remains to be seen but we have seen some wild swings in valuations over the last few weeks in companies working here. The Pri0r1ty Intelligence share price was 16% higher in early trade.
The small cap agriculture company working out of West Africa announced a funding round last night and this has taken a toll on the share price. The £3m market cap company raised £2.23m with some significant director support and whilst the offer was oversubscribed, this was at a 37.5% discount when compared to Wednesday’s closing price. The Dekel Agr-vision share price was down more than 40% in early trade but has since started to regain some of the losses.
The Aquis listed consumer loans fintech company Amazing AI has seen its share price lurch wildly this week. Gains of around 100% were posted a few days ago in response to the company’s launch of a Bitcoin Treasury Policy but these proved to be short lived, leaving the valuation lower on the week. A further update to this policy has been issued today highlighting a series of moves, although in early trade there has been no share price impact. Management are keen to point out however that unlike most competitors, the key difference here is AAI already have an existing loan book that can be leveraged with Bitcoin. Clearly this remains a space to watch but the lack of liquidity means the Amazing AI share price is currently difficult to report – although does appear to be trading higher.
