TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Workspace advises that as at 11 March 2009, its capital consists of 1,046,116,842 ordinary 10 pence shares with voting rights. Workspace does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Workspace is 1,046,116,842.

The above figure (1,046,116,842) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Workspace under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
