Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces changes in the interest in ordinary shares of the Company of Jim Low, Chief Operating Officer, Genus ABS and member of the Genus Executive Leadership Team, as a result of his participation in the Company's International Share Incentive Plan (the 'International SIP').

Jim Low joined the International SIP in May 2025, and this release provides the details of the ordinary shares acquired by him pursuant to that plan.
