Electra completes the purchase of Ogier Fiduciary Services

Further to the announcement on 3 February 2014, Electra Private Equity PLC ("Electra") is pleased to announce that, following regulatory approvals, the purchase of Ogier Fiduciary Services from Ogier Group has been completed.

Electra invested £82 million of equity in the deal, alongside a significant investment by Ogier Fiduciary Services' management team. Debt facilities for the transaction were provided by a group of lenders comprising HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS, Babson Capital Europe and Alberta Investment Management.

This investment had no impact on Electra's diluted net asset value per share at 31 March 2014.

Electra Private Equity PLC is managed on an exclusive and fully discretionary basis by Electra Partners LLP.
