The Company has been notified that, on 27 March 2026, Martin Court (Senior Independent Director) purchased 500 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Shares") in the Company.  On the same day Martin Court also sold 500 Shares. As a result of the transaction, Martin Court holds 500 Shares in the Company, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
