Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the entire issued
ordinary share capital of Tribal Group plc to be admitted to the Official List.
Application has also been made to the London Stock Exchange for the entire
issued share capital of Tribal Group plc to be admitted to trading on the London
Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission to listing and that dealings will
commence in the Ordinary Shares on 8 July 2002.

hours of this notice being given).
