The Company announces that, on 23 March 2026, three persons closely associated with Henry Franklin, a PDMR of the Company, transferred their shareholdings in the Company into ISA accounts.

The following transfers were affected by the simultaneous sale and purchase of Ordinary Shares, with no change in beneficial owner.
