NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS/PDMR

The Company announces that on 25 March 2026, Nick Wright, Group Chief Financial Officer, was granted an award under the Zotefoams Long Term Incentive Plan 2017 ("LTIP"). The award corresponds to his 2025 LTIP entitlement, the grant of which was deferred as the Company was in a close period at the usual grant date.
