Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2019

On 30 May 2019, TR Property Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announced its final results for the year ended 31 March 2019 under RNS number 5302A. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules 6.3.5.

The Company now announces that it will shortly be posting its annual report and financial statements to shareholders together with the notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and form of proxy. The Company will hold its AGM at 2.30pm on Tuesday, 23 July 2019 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89/91 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5HS.

Copies of the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2019 incorporating the Notice of AGM and proxy form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do
