Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc, the internationally diversified energy storage fund, was informed that on 23 March 2026, Norman Crighton, Non-Executive Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 53.8284p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Crighton has a beneficial interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.009% of the Company's issued share capital.
