The Company was today informed that Mrs C Ritchie acquired a non-beneficial
interest in 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") on 27 August 2002.  As a result, Mrs Ritchie's total interest has
increased to 1,077,280 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.74 per cent. of the
Company's current issued ordinary share capital.
