The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs"):

·    Purchases of Ordinary Shares under the Company's Non-Executive Directors' 'Shares in lieu of fees' scheme. These shares were acquired in the market using after-tax Directors' fees in respect of their services to the Company relating to the period 1 January - 31 March 2026; and

·    Awards of GBP 3,600 of free shares at nil cost under the Company's Share Incentive Plan, a UK HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") approved all-employee share plan. These shares are subject to a three year holding period.
