·    Transfer of 11,500 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company (Shares) for nil consideration to Emma Beesley, a person closely associated (PCA) with Matthew Beesley under the UK Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

On 26 March 2026, Emma Beesley, a PCA of Matthew Beesley, carried out the following transaction:

·    Acquisition of 11,500 Shares, transferred from Matthew Beesley, for nil consideration.
