                                 Board Changes

Titanium Asset Management Corp. ('Titanium' or the 'Company') (AIM: TAM) is
pleased to announce that it has strengthened its Board of Directors with the
appointment of T. Raymond Suplee, CPA as a Non Executive Director.

Thomas Raymond Suplee, aged 60, is a founding partner of Suplee & Shea, PA, a
firm of certified public annountants based in Sarasota, Florida. He is Chairman
of Landmark Bank of Florida, a leading independent community bank in Sarasota,
Florida, and is a director of Infinity Health Care LLC, a provider of home
health care.

Concurrent with this appointment, Adam Parkin is stepping down from his position
as a non-executive director to pursue his other business interests.
