Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces that it was notified on 9 March 2026 that on the same day Mrs Amanda Larnder, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 7,245 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 171.00 pence per share.
