Scott Wilson received notification today from AEGON Asset Management UK dated 26
September 2006, that following a disposal of 900,000 ordinary shares in the
Company, the AEGON UK plc Group of Companies no longer has a notifiable interest
in Scott Wilson's relevant share capital.
