As at 31 January 2012, Henderson TR Pacific Investment Trust plc's capital consists of 160,275,407 ordinary shares of 5p with voting rights.  The Company has no shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Henderson TR Pacific Investment Trust plc is 160,275,407.
