Disclosure of Interest in Share Capital

On 25th July 2006 the Company received notification by Citibank, N.A. London
Branch, Citigroup Centre, Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5LB that, as
at, 25th July 2006, Standard Life Investments disposed 1,326,157 shares on
behalf of Standard Life Group, this decreased the total held as a notifiable
interest (including material and non-material interests) to 26,200,296 ordinary
1p shares in the Company representing 10.571% of the issued share capital.

The 26,200,296 shares were registered in the name of Vidacos Nominees.
