PPHE Hotel Group, an international hospitality company which owns and develops hotels and resorts, today announces that Chief Financial Officer Daniel Kos has purchased 2,692 ordinary shares in the Company at  GBP 11.56 per share. Accordingly, Mr Kos's shareholding in the Company has increased to 30,000, which represents 0.0708% of the issued share capital.
