Power Metal Resources plc (LON:POW) the AIM listed metals exploration and development company was notified that today Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company, purchased on market 313,043 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.3p per Ordinary Share through his Self-Invested Personal Pension ("SIPP") and sold an equivalent number of Ordinary Shares from his personal holding at 2.235p per Ordinary Share.

 

Following the dealing, Mr Bell has an unchanged beneficial interest in a total of 22,282,403 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.94% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
