Director / PDMR Shareholding

Pittards plc ("Pittards" or "the Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 16 July 2014 Reg Hankey, Chief Executive, bought a further 5,000 shares in the Company at a price of 118.95 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's holding in the Company has increased to a total of 165,000 shares.
