At the date of the Annual General Meeting, the total number of Ordinary shares of 1p each in issue was 93,299,553.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights was 93,299,553.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, the full text of the special business resolutions passed has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will are available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
