PDMR Notification

Conduit Holdings today announces that it was notified on 23 March 2026, that:

(1)       Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL (PDMR) has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 4,850 Common Shares at a price of £4.065 per Common Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) 4,850 Common Shares at a price of £4.065 per Common Share;

(2)       Nicola Eckert, a person closely associated (PCA) with Neil Eckert has, in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 4,850 Common Shares at a price of £4.065 per Common Share and then repurchased into her ISA 4,850 Common Shares at a price of £4.065 per Common Share;

(3)       Neil Eckert, a person discharging managerial responsibility in CHL (PDMR) has, in order to effect a "Bed and SIPP" transaction, sold 6,560 Common Shares at a price of £4.065 per Common Share and then repurchased into his Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) 6,560 Common Shares at a price of £4.065 per Common Share.

The above transactions took place on 23 March 2026.

Following these transactions Neil Eckert's beneficial ownership interest (which includes shares held by PCA Nicola Eckert) stands at 829,402 common shares.
