Notice of Interim Results and Appointment of Broker

Circassia Pharmaceuticals plc (LSE: CIR) announces that it will issue its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2018 on Thursday 27 September 2018. 

Following the results announcement, the Company will hold an analyst meeting at 9.30am at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate, Aldersgate Street, London, EC1A 4HD.  A webcast of the presentation will be available on the Company's website (www.circassia.com).

In addition, Circassia announces that it has appointed Peel Hunt as joint broker to the Company, alongside Numis Securities, with immediate effect.
