On 1 April 2009 Midas Income and Growth Trust PLC bought back 125,000 Ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 80.00 pence per share. Following the buy back, there are 38,426,950 Ordinary shares in issue. The share buy-back will be financed out of the capital reserve.
