The Company announces that the resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting held on 17 September 2003 were all duly passed.

The Extraordinary General Meeting of Warrantholders was not quorate,
accordingly, that meeting has been adjourned to 12.35 p.m. on Thursday 25
September 2003.
