Director's dealings
The board of the Company announces that the following directors dealings:-
On 22 June 2006 Geoffrey Robertson, a director of the Company, purchased 25,000
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following the
purchase Mr Robertson holds 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On 22 June 2006 Lance O'Neill, a director of the Company, purchased 41,666
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following the
purchase Mr O'Neill holds 1,134,166 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 4.97% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On 22 June 2006 Sean Reel, a director of the Company, purchased 41,667 ordinary
shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following the purchase
Mr Reel holds 1,986,717 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 8.70% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On 22 June 2006 Christopher Theis, a director of the Company, purchased 41,667
ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 12 pence per share. Following the
purchase Mr Theis holds 1,183,012 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 5.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
