Director/PDMR Shareholding

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited (LSE: SCGL) announces that, further to its announcement on 11 March 2026, Mr. Siqi Cao, an Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Company that, as Admission of the Subscription Shares has occurred today, Mr. Cao has completed the subscription for 444,371,233 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the capital of the Company at a price of £0.001 per Subscription Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Cao's total beneficial interest in the Company will be 444,371,233 Ordinary Shares, representing 30.52 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.

The information contained in this notification is disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
