MURRAY VCT 4 PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK
On 25 February 2005, Murray VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 188,000 of its
own Ordinary shares at 53p per share.
Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 37,743,567
Ordinary shares of 10p each.
