Transaction in Own Shares

Livermore announces that it has acquired an additional 9,010,000 ordinary shares representing 2.96% of the issued share capital of the Company at an average price of GBp 15.65 per share. The Company will hold these shares in treasury for the time being.

The Company also confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in the Company with voting rights following such repurchase is 272,287,518 and that there are a total of 31,832,883 ordinary shares held in treasury. The above figure of 272,287,518 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
