Learning Technologies Group plc, the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

In respect of resolution 4, LTG has engaged with its shareholders in order to understand the reasons behind the voting result and will continue to do so in the coming months. The Board takes its responsibilities seriously in representing the interests of shareholders and upholding the highest standards of corporate governance and is open to further constructive dialogue with shareholders and shareholder bodies.
