Landore Resources was notified today that Matopos Holdings Limited ('Matopos')
has made the following acquisitions of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'):

As a result of these acquisitions Matopos is now interested in 6,383,000
Ordinary Shares. In addition, TAHEH Holdings Limited is interested in 3,000,000
Ordinary Shares.

Mr James Hudleston is the beneficial owner of both companies and as a result of
these transactions now has a beneficial interest in 9,383,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 10.09% of the issued ordinary share capital.
