 Annual Report and Accounts

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, announces today the posting of its final 2015 annual report and accounts and notice of AGM which has been uploaded to the Company's website www.k3btg.com/investor centre in place of the 2015 statutory accounts which were published on 15 September 2015.

The AGM will be held at 10.30 am on 9 December 2015 at the Company's offices at Baltimore House, 50 Kansas Avenue, Manchester, M50 2GL.
